Xbox One X

For those with 4K televisions, the Xbox One X is the must have console. While it doesn't boast as many exclusive titles as Sony's Playstation, it has true 4K gaming, something even Playstation cannot do yet. This coupled with the expansive backwards compatible Xbox 360 library, makes the Xbox One X ideal for all gamers.

Red Dead Redemption 2

Rockstar Game's sequel to 2010's Red Dead Redemption takes you to the end of the wild west era in America, circa 1899. You play as Arthur Morgan, an anti-hero, part of a fierce outlaw gang trying to survive amongst the wilderness, rival gangs and small town corruption. The game has received extremely high praise and is a favourite for Game of the Year 2018. Available on Xbox One and Playstation 4.

Marvels Spider-Man

Released in September, Spider-Man, exclusively for PS4, perfectly captures the fast-flowing, acrobatic web-swinging Spider-Man is famous for. You get to take control of Spidey in one of the most detailed and accurate depictions of New York City, fighting thugs, super villain's and even as Peter Parker himself doing his day to day activities. While the gameplay is phenomenal, the story and characters are what make this game a must have for any PS4 owner.

iPad Pro 2018 with new Apple Pencil

Apple's new iPad Pro is loaded with all new specs and a new design is as good as an iPad can get. Whether you use it for work or fun, the iPad is one of the most useful devices you can own. The Apple Pencil has also been refreshed this year with a new, more accurate pencil shape and awesome new technology that more accurately handles like a real pencil or brush, detecting direction and pressure, you can digitally paint as well as with the real thing!

The Playstation Classic mini console

On December 3rd Sony will be releasing a mini Playstation Classic console that includes 20 classic games including big favourites like Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy 7. The console has HDMI which is great for those 4K tv owners and comes with 2 usb controllers that match the original Playstation's controllers. This is pure nostalgic fun for those willing to pay the entry price of £89.99 RRP!

Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch was released nearly two years ago. The console has been one of the only consoles to maintain its price at £279.99, but for good reason. While the Switch doesn't have all the latest multi-platform titles, it has arguably the greatest first party titles like Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey. The real selling point for the switch is the portable nature of the console, it can be taken anywhere and when you come home, like its name suggests, it can be docked and switched to a home console to play on the big tv. The switch is a gamers dream and will be sure to blow the mind of anyone lucky enough to be unwrapping one this Christmas.

Lego

Lego isn't just for kids. Lego is perfect for both kids and adults whether thats together or alone. Imagination, creativity and the sheer unlimitedness of what can be done with lego makes it a great toy, activity or collectors item.

POP vinyl figures

Not just for kids, these figures are great to collect. You can collect all your favorite characters. They look great at home or even at the office. There is something for everyone.

Kindle

Amazon Kindle devices enable users to browse, buy, download, and read e-books, newspapers, magazines and other digital media via wireless networking to the Kindle Store. Paper books are out of fashion now. We love kindles because they’re so small and compact, battery lasts for weeks on end and all your books are in one place. Whats not to love?

We hope this has given you some ideas for the brilliant nerds in your life, wishing you all a very merry Christmas.
