introduction to NOW TV eLearn
After the success of the previous Tone of Voice module, NOW TV asked us to complete another elearn showcasing their values, NOW TV boxes and passes in the same fun and playful way.
These guys just GET IT - I’ve been blown away by the totally innovative, client-focused approach that DB take to their amazing work.

the client:

NOW TV was launched in the UK in 2012 and is owned by Sky PLC. They offer Movies, Entertainment and Sport packages through a subscription service nationwide. Their brand is full of fun, extra easy, super smart and all action!

 

the brief:

After the success of the previous Tone of Voice module, NOW TV asked us to complete another elearn showcasing their values, NOW TV boxes and passes in the same fun and playful way. This module needed to be rolled out to both call centre and independent retail store staff and so it was necessary to release numerous versions in order to adapt the content to different teams.

 

the solution:

The solution that we created was a fully SCORM trackable module, formed from four different sections plus a final quiz area, which was built in Articulate Storyline. These sections were accesed by a 'living room' style menu. the 'full of fun' brand was reflected throughout by the bold colour palette and casual tone of voice. Quirky interactive exercises such as 'spot the ball' and 'dot to dot' further emphasised this value.Using illustrated characters to draw the user through the content, instead of movie and entertainment stills, ensures that the module is futueproofed against the fast moving world of entertainment.

We put the client in control of the content by linking the video content externally and independent of Storyline so that the admin can quickly and easily update it whenever a new version is released.
