the client:

EE is the largest and most advanced digital communications company in Britain, delivering mobile and fixed communications services to consumers, businesses, government and the wholesale market. They serve more than 30 million customers across its mobile, fixed and wholesale businesses and run the UK's biggest, fastest and most reliable mobile network, pioneering the UK's first superfast 4G mobile service in October 2012. 


the brief:

EE needed to make the process of capturing feedback on delegates more efficient. New starters often attend induction courses on their first week in the business; the manager of the new starter needed a way of receiving feedback on the delegate, learning objectives met and future development plan. EE also needed a way to track and monitor expensive digital device assets used across the various training sites across the UK.


the solution:

We created a web application that works across multiple devices, ranging from corporate machines running IE8 to smartphones. The solution allows for administrators, trainers and reviewers to access the tool and capture delegate feedback in real time & collaboratively; they’re able to complete objective observations, mark attendance and export to a password protected, branded PDF report which is sent via email to the delegates manager in one seamless process. EE are also able to track and maintain all digital devices across multiple sites from one centralized location.
