Mercer's more than 20,500 employees are based in more than 40 countries, and they operate in more than 130 countries.
Mercer needed to unify their existing learning content into a sleek and recognizable format. Their existing elearning content was fragmented and did not follow a format that a user could easily recognize and understand. They needed a way to bring everything together and be easy to understand and digested by their broad variety of users. All this had to be completed within the existing restraints of their hosting format. The project presented 18 module rebuilds to be delivered against some very tight timescales to a client across the other side of the world
Aligning closely to the Mercer brand guidelines, we revised the existing content to follow a set format. Breaking down the information into digestible chunks and creating a solid format that a user could easily recognize was necessary to the success of this project. It is now possible for the user to track their progress throughout the module with a colour coded progress fill bar. We also increased engagement throughout by increasing and adding exercises to keep the users attention and thus increase their learning.
