the client:

Santander remained the largest bank in the eurozone in 2014, with attributable profit of 5.8 billion euros (+33%). It is the eleventh largest bank in the world in terms of market capitalisation: 88.041 billion euros. Santander UK now has £3.6 million 1|2|3 World cusomers.

 

the brief:

Santander needed a fresh new approach to advertise the introduction of a new digital HR talent Portal to its employees. They needed a way of delivering a message in an engaging format covering a wide rage of features and benefits in a short time frame. Santander approached their learning and development partner Dove Nest with this challenge, who then engaged with Digital Balance as their partner of choice for learning based IT solutions to design and deliver a world class solution to this problem.

 

the solution:

We scoped, shot and delivered an engaging video including a newly designed Santander ‘Talent Talks’ ident to give the talent team a brand identity. The video was shot on location at Santander HQ and allowed users to see the new HR portal on various devices. During post-production we added the specific screens and showcased using composition techniques, as the portal had not yet been completed.
